How much time does Aqua Pennsylvania need to turn on my water?

Aqua Pennsylvania does not routinely disconnect water when a property is transferred from one owner to another. So if water is currently in service at your address, Aqua Pennsylvania just needs to obtain a meter reading and establish billing information.

What information do I need to apply for service on-line?

You need to provide Aqua Pennsylvania basic information about your home, your billing address, and certain personal information required to establish credit and contact you in case we need to get in touch with you. If you are currently a Aqua Pennsylvania customer we will ask you for your current customer account number, which can be found on a previous Aqua Pennsylvania bill. If you are moving out of a home, and are no longer using water service, we ask that you provide a current meter reading.

Can I apply for service on-line if my home does not yet have water service?

If you are applying for a residence that is not currently connected to the Aqua Pennsylvania system, please click on the 'Brand new or temporary connection' option, listed under 'Facilities NOT YET serviced by Aqua Pennsylvania' or contact our new business department at (610) 541 - 4160.

How does the Move By Mouse service work?

Change of address information is collected on this site and transmitted to Aqua Pennsylvania's customer service department electronically. Aqua Pennsylvania's customer service representatives process the service request, as they would a telephone or faxed request.
