Step 1 - Choose Your Type of Service

Welcome to Aqua Pennsylvania's Suburban Philadelphia (formerly PSW) on-line service request page.  This site is powered by MoveByMouse.com, a product of Move By Mouse LLC.

On this page you can sign up for service for the first time, transfer service from one address to another, disconnect water service, or apply for a brand new service connection.  

This easy process should take about five minutes. If you are currently at Aqua Pennsylvania customer, please have your Aqua Pennsylvania account number (located on your bill) available before you begin.  

If you are moving into a newly constructed home that does not currently have water service, or if you are a contractor, please go to Option B below or simply call 1-800-711-4PSW.

Select one of the following options and click the 'Continue' button:

A- Facilities currently serviced by Aqua Pennsylvania

NEW CUSTOMER: I need to connect water service and am not a current Aqua Pennsylvania customer.

TRANSFER SERVICE:  I am moving within the suburban Philadelphia service area and need to change my service address.
DISCONNECT SERVICE: I am moving out of the Aqua Pennsylvania service area and need to disconnect my service.
B- Facilities NOT YET serviced by Aqua Pennsylvania
BRAND NEW/TEMPORARY CONNECTION: I need PSW to connect water service to my location-- contractors and fire suppression services included.
